In February 2018 Quest partnered with Promus Equity to accelerate our brand acquisition strategy and continue our Quest transformation into an innovative Over-The-Counter (OTC) Branded Consumer Products company. In January 2019, Quest purchased OraHealth and immediately became a leading solution for Dry Mouth with the OraCoat Xylimelts® Brand, which employs patented technology backed by research and medical science to safely prevent dry mouth. In October 2019, Quest purchased the SunBurnt® and First Degree® brands of burn and sun recovery products from Welmedix Consumer Healthcare, strengthen Quest's positioning within the Burn Relief, Sun Care and Skin Recovery segments. In June 2020, Quest purchased Summit Pharmaceuticals / Alliance Labs. Quest will add the Enemeez® and DocuSol® brands of bowel care products, that have been a preferred and trusted formula assisting patients improve their bowel care needs for more than 15 years. The Quest Products Senior Management Team has over 100+ years of experience in the CPG retail industry managing businesses with large companies including, Novartis, Nestle, Wyeth, Reckitt Benckiser, GSK, and Revlon.
