Promotion Support Services, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Brooks Walker and Dave Bender. Mr. Bender and Mr. Walker each have over 25 years of business experience with A.C. Nielsen Co., Marketing Corp. of America and Promotion Fulfillment Corp. PSS now employs over 200 transcription and fulfillment specialists who provide services to a broad client base including: advertising agencies, promotion agencies, in-bound telephone call centers (both automated and live), hospitals and direct response advertisers. As our name implies, we provide virtually all types of data processing, space and labor intensive services that our clients do not find practical to handle themselves. Our diverse production resources are critical to controlling costs and successfully dealing with peaks and valleys inherent in the advertising/promotion environment. Our centrally located headquarters in Rock Island, Illinois, consists of over 85,000 square feet of FDA/DEA registered combined office and warehouse space.
