What Is Positive Care Ireland?

Positive Care Ireland was initially established as The Solis Trust in 2005 by a team of professionals who recognised the need to provide care and development facilities for young people whose behaviour presents a challenge in the ever changing world in which we live. Those who benefit from our service include young people with typical cognitive functioning who engage in anti-social, aggressive and violent behaviour, young people on the autistic spectrum, young people with learning disabilities and young people with mental health difficulties. Our young people especially benefit from our specialist therapeutic services, such as neuro-behavioural assessment, placement plan development and psychotherapy. With residential bases in Leinster and Munster, our ability to meet the needs of those benefiting from our offering is steadily expanding.
