IN-HOUSE MARKETING DEPARTMENT - Our firm employs 2 full time marketing designer/coordinators. In addition to coordinating all the company advertising and design, this department is available to our associates to create custom marketing pieces specific to the marketing plan for your property. TRANSACTION COORDINATION TEAM - Our firm employs full time transaction coordinators to assist our associates in managing their escrow files. We offer an internet based transaction management system utilized by our coordination team to manage your files. This system allows us to monitor the activity in your files, receive electronic notification of necessary information and to access digitally stored contracts and paperwork. Each client receives a CD with a complete set of their documentation at the close of escrow.
