They set about sourcing plumbing and bathroom products that they knew New Zealanders could rely on at prices that they knew were genuine value. And New Zealanders appreciated it right from the start. From a single branch in Palmerston North, we now have 43 branches up and down the country and we’re still doing what the co-op originally intended. Before any brand or product makes it to our showroom floor, our plumbers have to be satisfied that it’s the real deal. And the reason Plumbing World has access to the world’s leading brands, is because manufacturers know we have the expertise to do their products justice. But the difference New Zealanders really seem to appreciate is that when you’re owned by plumbers, there isn’t a lot we don’t know about bathrooms, laundries, kitchens and gas and that knowledge and advice is all part of our service.
