Plant Engineer WFD Revenue and Competitors

• Coordinate the marketing and publicity of the Out to Lunch Concert Series • Coordinate and oversee the set up of the Out to Lunch concerts • Collect and submit and oversee invoices and receipts • Serve as the contact with talent (making sure artists submit signed contract, invoice and W-9 at least two weeks prior to event.) • Coordinate and supervise artists, farmers and crafters • Supervise volunteers along with Coalition staff • Process and mail weekly WOO Card requests. • Maintain, improve and distribute monthly WOO/college e-newsletter; • Serve as program liaison with college campuses for card distribution, on-campus promotional events and publicity opportunities; • Develop and administer periodic WOO e-surveys; • Analyze data collected from e-surveys, monthly Swipe It reports, etc.; • Research similar programs in other regions for design, content, fees, participating partners, etc. (for both college & public WOO); • Attend various stakeholder meetings (advisory groups, etc.) and present reports based on research, surveys, etc.; • Coordinate college student advisory committees for the WOO • Assist in the development of new WOO programs/events for college students.
