Since opening in 2009, Pilot has expanded to 5 cafe locations throughout Toronto, and a seasonal location in Prince Edward County. We also partner with other specialty cafes, restaurants and hotels across the country and in the USA. We have a talented and dedicated team of over 80 employees. From Cafe Supervisors, Manager and Trainers, Production Roasters, to a full Logistics Team, Account Managers, Innovation Department and Technician.
