Pepper Ireland was established in 2012 and is a leading asset manager and provider of third-party loan and advisory services. We have over €20 billion of loan and commercial real estate assets under management. These are comprised of commercial real estate portfolios and residential mortgages, as well as personal, small and medium enterprise (SME) and auto loans. We employ over 400 people across our two locations in Dublin and Shannon and are part of the wider Pepper group, operating in Ireland, the UK, Australia, Canada, Spain and South Korea. Our lending activities are carried out under our global consumer brand ‘Pepper Money', while our advisory and asset servicing operations are known by our parent brand ‘Pepper'.
