We process millions of transactions a month (at a highly efficient rate of less than 0.01% queries per transaction) and our various services are designed to enable customers to pay their bills securely and conveniently via various payment networks / channels.\n\nPayment networks extend across retailers, digital solutions, banking institutions, wallets, and informal vendors and include various payment methods for both banked and unbanked individuals (cash, EFT, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile money). \n\nAlso, the ability to deliver a bill as effectively as possible is very important for bill payments and in this regard Pay@ has a mix of proprietary and 3rd party bill presentment services, including interoperable QR code, sms, in-app, web, email, ‘Pay Now’ buttons, WhatsApp, USSD, and a barcode for hardcopy bills.
