Otary RS NV Revenue and Competitors

Otary is a Belgian knowledge center for offshore wind energy that develops, finances, constructs and operates offshore wind farms in the Belgian North Sea. Via the Otary group, eight Belgian wind players share their experience and know-how in offshore wind energy. All partners are on their own involved in other Offshore wind developments and operations in Belgium and/or abroad. Otary's focus is on the development, construction and operation of 3 Belgian offshore wind projects Rentel, Seastar and Mermaid (the latter two combined in the SeaMade project), which represent a total capacity of approx. 800 MW and are to be constructed before 2021. Once completed, the Otary wind farms will, yearly, provide clean energy for approx. 800.000 Belgian households. The 309 MW Rentel offshore wind project was constructed in 2017 and 2018 and is fully operational since November 2018.
