OBI provides vocational training and employment services for adults with developmental disabilities in an environment that promotes personal fulfillment, addresses individual needs and fosters independence. In 2009, more than 25 packaging, assembly and distribution contracts for local and national businesses were fulfilled by OBI. To win these contracts we compete based on our quality of work, service and productivity. Our contractors are so satisfied with our work product that they have become long-standing partners, one as long as 15 years. Local businesses employ more than 50% of the adults that OBI serves.
