What Is Onsite Workshops?

Onsite provides short-term developmental and personal growth workshops that address core, underlying issues and causes of suffering to help enhance quality of life. Some key areas of focus include codependency, family of origin, family systems, relationship and intimacy issues, coupleship, trauma, grief and loss, ACOA, etc. Onsite has been doing this work for 31 years and we are closing in on 40,000 alumni. We offer several different workshops that are designed to address different issues of the family, couple, or individual. The workshop lengths vary from 4 ½ 6 ½ days, depending on the program. We are located in the middle Tennessee area, in a retreat type setting. One of the keys to Onsite's success and its ability to continue to deliver a powerful experience consistently over such a long period of time is the Onsite model and the experiential and psychodrama group process. This process allows the participant to connect on an intense emotional level and help gain resolution on certain issues that have them stuck and serve as a spring board to launch them back into a more centered and grounded place, hopefully with a renewal for self care. Here are some programs offered at Onsite: The Living Centered Program, Learning to Love Yourself, Equine, LCP II, Coupleship, Couples Intensive, Family Intensive, Healing Trauma Issues, Healing Sexual Issues, Healing Money Issues, Equine, Financial Recovery, Calling All Women, Onsite Spiritual Retreat, Beyond Eating Disorders, Binge Eating and Compulsive Overeating Workshop. We also offer the Experiential Therapy Institute, the Psychodrama Institute, and Somatic Experience Training for professional's trainings. We are just a part of the overall healing process and each participant will be immediately referred back to their referring/current therapist upon completion. If they do not have a therapist, referrals will be provided. Aftercare plans are also incorporated and mailed to the client's therapist.
