North State Company Police is a NCDOJ Company Police Agency that can serve clients both public and private anywhere within North Carolina. Because our officers are sworn police officers with the power of arrest, you are receiving a much higher level of service than if utilizing a standard security company. Our officers offer more authority of presence, experience and training. We have a team of highly trained and sworn police officers commissioned by the North Carolina Department of Justice. Their training requirements are stringent, and are the same as every other police officer or Sheriff’s Deputy in the state. Each officer goes through rigorous physical training, high risk scenario training, firearms training, criminal and civil law procedures, and much more. Besides being screened and hand-picked by our department, every officer is given an extensive background check that includes a polygraph exam administered by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. To ensure that our department remains on the cutting edge of our profession, we have our own state certified instructor on staff. This assures that North State’s officers always have access to the latest training and techniques to meet our clients’ security needs.
