D&D Center Our Design & Development Center conducts the entire process of a new product design, starting from its conceptualization. Cross-functional D&D engineering team consists of highly skilled experts – constructors, engineers, designers, quality specialists and medical professionals. Tooling Design The Tooling Design Department at Copernicus specializes in designing and building plastic injection molds. Copernicus manufactures devices which require the highest accuracy and repeatability. We acquired unique skills in the manufacture of prototype molds, needed to assess the functionality of a detail before launching mass production. Plastic Injection Molding Copernicus produces plastic parts on molds manufactured in the Tooling Department in the full package \from design to product“.
