NSM (AUST)'s lean, low-overhead, ‘thin prime' model ensures the lean program team effectively manages an extensive supply chain to deliver cost-effective maintenance, in support of the RAN's major fleet units. NSM have successfully delivered value to the RAN through a cost effective delivery model, scalable and flexible operations, program management, a diverse and responsive supplier base, integration of maintenance activities and on time delivery. With a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment, proven expertise in complex naval systems and demonstrated project management skills, NSM (AUST)'s services are able to be tailored to a wide range of naval vessels.
