National Comfort Institute, Inc. (NCI) is a national training and membership organization created to help HVAC and building performance contractors transform their businesses, improve their bottom line and deliver outstanding service to their customers. We accomplish this by focusing on the delivery of true heating and cooling system performance in the systems our contractors design, sell, install, and service. This includes residential and light commercial forced air and hot water systems. We have termed this type of total system measurement "Performance-Based Contracting," and we believe it is the future of HVAC contracting. NCI’s System Performance & Air Balancing Courses have been attended by thousands of contractors and for many it has changed the way they do their everyday business.
