We also offer a range of solar service offerings including consulting, engineering, design, and operations & maintenance. Founded in 2005 in Boulder, CO, Namasté Solar has installed over 6,000 solar electric systems totaling over 84 MW of generating capacity. Namasté Solar is democratically owned and governed by its employees and is a certified B-Corporation. Among its business practices are a 6:1 cap for highest-to-lowest pay, community involvement in the form of charitable donations and paid volunteer time, and a transparent approach to company information (including salaries).
