Misfit Revenue and Competitors

Studio Misfit is a full service creative agency, and the first company I started back in 2008. Back then it was just Melissa, Dino and I trading web design for bagels and places to sleep, but over the last decade it has evolved into a full time team of 55 people with offices in Canada, the UK and Asia (outposts in London, SF and NYC). While we work in a variety of industries, including Hospitality and the Third Sector, our particular speciality is working with early to mid-stage B2B enterprise technology startups. What comprises the rest of the Misfit enterprise, you ask? Misfit is a multinational, multidisciplinary social enterprise, consisting of a handful of different and distinct companies spread throughout the world. I say social enterprise because I founded the organisation on the principle that I would leverage free market economics in order to change the world. Misfit as a global enterprise redistributes much of its collective profits to social, cultural or humanitarian work around the world or towards investing in building another Misfit company that my leadership team and I feel can create a sustainable economic engine to solve a social problem we personally have encountered. Today, Misfit consists of three distinct organisations: Studio Misfit (our full service creative agency - see above), Misfit Productions (our award-winning film studio), Misfit Press (our independent publishing house) and the Misfit Foundation (our philanthropic arm, fully subsidized by our own profits).
