What Is Mindful Schools?
Our mission is to integrate mindfulness into education. We offer online and in-person training courses for educators to learn mindfulness and integrate adaptable K-12 curriculum in their work with youth. We are a non-profit organization that has trained over 60,000 educators! Mindfulness is a simple but powerful technique to focus attention, manage emotions, handle stress, and resolve conflicts. Our training is based on our research-backed in-school curriculum, which brings improvements in concentration, attention, and empathy among students, while building a climate of calm in the classroom.
