MiRealTax provides real-time access to transaction histories, tax records covering the Tri-County and Blue Water Area (nine counties in all), sales and mortgages with weekly updates, CMA services, export services, neighborhood profiles service, farming lists, street maps, and automated valuation models. : On Line Forms - MiRealSource members never have to wonder where their forms are because, they're online all the time. Exclusive Right-To-Sell Listing Agreements, Residential/Condominium Listing Data Sheets, Seller's Disclosure Statements, Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) Sales Contracts and many others.
