For over 30 years, MGM Industries has manufactured quality-building products for new home construction and remodeling. We manufacture PVC fenestration products in three buildings. We refer to them as A, B, and C building. " A" building is roughly 82,000 ft2, "B" is 90,000 ft2 and "C" is 100,000 ft2. (See picture below) In "A" and "B" building we manufacture PVC windows and doors for our distributors. We sell only wholesale and do not solicit direct to homeowners. However, we are market driven and have developed a product line over the years which is tailored to the aesthetics and functional needs of today's home owner, builder and remodeler. We have the builder's needs in mind by making our product installation friendly. For example, on our 8010 series double hung and 5600 series single hung, we have designed the product with an aluminum nail fin on the sill to stiffen the window during shipment and installation. These products have a replaceable sill tower that is an exclusive to MGM windows. This is important because sometimes the sill tower on PVC windows is damaged when drywall is delivered through the window during the construction of the home. Additionally, we have designed these windows to have an integral ¼ inch shim on the bottom of the window to streamline and improve the installation process. Ideas such as these set us apart from the competition. Our company is vertically integrated and manufactures its own PVC extrusion. (We manufacture PVC extrusions in "C" building.) We have invested heavily into this venture and now have the ability to convert PVC from the powder stage to the finished window. We feel that we have one of the best product lines in the market and are positioned to keep our customers competitive and on the forefront of new product development. Because we are extruding, we are now offering a new color for the 8010 series product that we call "earthtone". It is close to the Andersen® Terratone® color and will complement a whole new array of color combinations. Take a moment to take an internet plant tour.
