We have real "on the streets" experience as Metro's Owners and Staff are current and retired Police and Military Officers. The knowledge and experience of our management team is passed on to our new employees. In addition to the state mandated courses, Metro personnel must attend 40-hours of training. Classroom training includes Code of Conduct, Legal Aspects, Laws of Arrest, Use of Force, Search & Seizure, Civil Liability, Report Writing, Oral Communication, Response to Disaster, Radio Use, Physical Security, Patrol Operations and Belief vs. Proof. Specialty classes are available for mace, handcuffing, baton, taser, and firearms.
