As one of the nation's premier travel nursing companies, MedStaff has provided staffing solutions to a diverse client base since 1988. The tertiary-care facilities we serve range from small rural hospitals to multi-hospital systems; governmental and civilian institutions included. To date this base exceeds 1500 facilities from all areas of the United States. Just as our client base has grown, so has our staff. Our database currently consists of over 50,000 healthcare professionals, predominately Registered Nurses, LPN's, Surgical Technicians, and Respiratory Care Practicioners encompassing all hospital specialties. Our efforts concentrate on providing a cost-effective service while promoting continuity of care to patients. Our philosophy -- clinically -- encourages holistic care to the patients of our clients. License Verification/Skills Inventory Knowledge of Practicum Test (includes medication administration) Two (2) Work References Proof of Current CPR Certification/other certifications as applicable Physical Exam including titres for Rubella, Rubeolla, Varicella and Hepatitis B (and declination), PPD and Urine Drug Screen 2. Quality Monitoring MedStaff conducts performance appraisals after each assignment and on an annual basis. The appraisals enable MedStaff to keep continual updates on the performance of our travel nurses and our allied health professionals. The appraisals are completed in conjunction with the client and are performed as part of MedStaff's Total Quality Management Program. The appraisals are available upon request.
