The Large Company Growth strategies include our concentrated Focus Growth portfolio, which has a long-term outlook with an average investment holding period of approximately five years, and our Global Growth and International Growth strategies that use the same long-term, buy-to-hold approach. The Small Company Growth Team manages a U.S. Small Company Growth strategy that delivers the Firm's time-tested investment philosophy applied to small capitalization companies.
