What Is Maya Gold Trading?
At Maya Gold we offer a wide range of organic products & ingredients sourced only by working directly together with our farmers. All refuse to grow genetically modified plants and instead farm their lands in sustainable manner without the use of pesticides or herbicides. Try our plant based protein powder from seeds of the wonderful hemp plant, or organic cold-pressed coconut oil, an excellent alternative to cook, fry and bake with. And don’t forget to let us know your opinion.\n\nOur main products are all different kinds of coconut products, agave products, hemp products and super foods. \n\nVirgin Coconut Oil is one of the highest quality oils for cooking, frying, baking and moisturizing. It also works great as a cosmetic product to apply on your skin and hair or as a make-up remover. The oil is solid under 25 degrees Celsius and has a typical coconut aroma. Our Maya Gold Virgin Coconut Oil comes from Sri Lanka and the Philippines.\nVirgin Coconut Oil is obtained by centrifuging the fresh and undiluted coconut milk at 8000 rpm to separate solids, liquids and fat. The oil is extracted at room temperature. No heat is applied. The result is the highest quality Raw Virgin Coconut Oil you can find. Afterwards the oil is then screened for particles and filtered.\n\nCoconut sugar (also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar or coco sap sugar) is created from the flowers of the coconut tree. New sprouts of coconut flowers are cut and then tied together before they are pollinated and become baby coconuts. The tied flower bundle will bleed a sap, which is harvested. The sap is heated until it becomes a caramel, which is then dried into a sugar. The sugar is filtered through meshes with different thread counts. The higher the thread count, the finer the sugar granulates. Coconut sugar has been used as a traditional sweetener for thousands of years in the South and South-East Asian regions where the coconut palm is in abundant supply.
