Malnove is the largest independent, non-integrated folding carton manufacturer in North America. We are proud to have provided quality packaging to our customers for over 50 years. We have modern production plants strategically located across the country and we can quote your business at our plants in Jacksonville, FL (the newest folding carton plant in the U.S.), Omaha, NE, and Clearfield, UT. Within each of our plants we utilize the latest technology available in our industry. We print via flexography, rotogravure and offset lithography, depending on the customer's graphic requirements. Over the past three years we have installed new high speed Planeta Rapida offset presses in both our Jacksonville and Omaha plants. This is the latest technology available in large format offset presses. Our commitment is to serve the diverse needs of our customer base. Therefore, in addition to state-of-the-art printing equipment, we have equipped our plants with highly efficient diecutters and a full compliment of finishing equipment including high speed gluers, window patching machines and specialty machines, all designed to drive down costs. To support our production activity we have invested in the best available equipment in the areas of pre-press, CAD-CAM, platemaking and diemaking. Malnove is self-sufficient in each of these areas giving us maximum control over our processes, costs, and most importantly, our quality levels. As an independent, we are able to serve our customers needs regardless of our customer's paperboard specifications. We have long-term relationships with major producers of SBS, CUK, CCNB and Natural Kraft providing us consistency of supply at the lowest costs available in the market. Our quality systems are based upon the ISO 9000 standard and we have implemented the Stochos quality management system which allows us to collect real-time quality data at each step of the manufacturing process. Malnove also has an excellent Packaging Systems Group based in Omaha. This group specializes in the design, installation, rebuilding and servicing of automated packaging lines throughout the industry. Experienced field service representatives are available to our customers seven days a week. This service is heavily utilized by our customer base and will be at the disposal of your company. We also employ a team of seasoned structural designers. Their broad knowledge of folding carton design has proven invaluable to our customers. From initial concept, to modifying existing packaging, or working in concert with our Packaging Systems Group, this design team has been effective in lowering cost and improving efficiencies for our customers nationwide.
