Better Training – You have many choices when choosing a security provider, but it will be hard to find one with a better training program than MPI. Our officers are trained in defensive tactics, first aid and CPR, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), customer service and conflict resolution. Better People – All MPI officers must meet one of the following criteria: 24 college credits (preferably in Criminal Justice, EMT/paramedic/firefighter certification), current or prior military service with an honorable discharge, or current or former law enforcement or corrections service. To ensure only the best get through, all officers are subjected to formal interviews, a rigorous background check, and a full drug screen. MPI strives to ensure that all clients are happy with our performance. This commitment to quality has given us client retention rates envied throughout our industry.
