We utilize a dynamic process to establish contact and assist the borrower. This process, known as "Financial Package Services," consists of making contact and providing the borrower with a financial package. MOS acts as a liaison between the client and the borrower. MOS has expanded its services by offering clients with a high level of "No Contacts" a unique system known as 'Call Transfer Services.' This service bridges the gap between client and borrower and creates an instant contact between both parties. Forging this bond between both parties gives the client the opportunity to take that first step toward a resolution with their customer. By providing these different methodologies, MOS brings the borrower to the client's bargaining table that much quicker.
