Based in the City of London, MMRIT is a well-established, specialist IT consultancy focused on the financial services and legal marketplaces. We help our clients by building and supporting their technology infrastructures, allowing them to concentrate on their core business. We take prime responsibility for the implementation of the technology infrastructure - including Requirements Planning; Architecture & Design; Component Sourcing; Solution Implementation; and Support Process Definition. Once built, we provide a tailored support service to precisely meet our clients requirements. The service we deliver ranges from full technology outsourcing - where we take responsibility for the entire technology infrastructure on behalf of our client - through Service Desk support - where we provide local support in conjunction with our clients' IT function - to ad-hoc supplementary support to cater for staff absence. Our key support services include Incident and Request Management; On-Site and Remote Incident Resolution; Resourcing Support; Project Support; and Strategic Technology Consultancy. In addition, we provide cloud services including both public cloud (based on Microsoft 365 and others) and private cloud (with a choice of either dedicated or shared infrastructure).
