What Is MAK?

MAK is Norway's leading organization working with systemic change to improve and progress diversity and inclusion for Norway and Norwegian businesses. We have access to the largest community of talents with intercultural background, we educate and support organizations and we provide thought leadership. MAK was founded in Norway in 2015 to bring a new perspective to the increasing number of dialogues about what diversity is. The focus MAK brings is talking about diversity through showcasing talents, research and benefits directly associated with nurturing diversity. As the core team consists of people working in the private sector. The brief history of MAK has seen successful reshaping of the narrative of what the public and private sectors should be doing to address diversity as a competitive advantage. Specifically MAK has designed and held events to help shape the narrative of diversity and inclusion, by talking about subjects that are relevant to society and businesses. Working with systemic change and solutions on how to improve diversity in the workplace, has become a later stage of the activities MAK conduct. Currently we consist of Norway's largest network of young leadership talents with diverse backgrounds or intercultural expertise. Our Vision: Increasing the competitiveness of Norway and Norwegian businesses by catalyzing diversity and intercultural competence as a key competitive advantage. www.FB.com/MAKorg www.MAKorg.no
