What Is MAG-O?
MAG-O is Manchester Airports Group's own in-house digital agency, created in response to technology-driven changes in the way passengers travel. We aim to help move airport services and operations into the new digital era and make customer experience at the airport smoother, more enjoyable, and as stress free as possible. The team uses Agile working to design both digital and physical products, and is responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of all of MAG's websites. Additional products include online booking engines for car-parks and Lounges, FastTracks for security and immigration and multiple other premium products. The development process is cross-functional and each new project takes input from all areas of the business. MAG-O recently moved to a brand new office space in the 4M building, on-site at Manchester Airport, which makes this method of working even easier. The office also includes multiple break-out and meeting rooms, a gym and User Experience Lab, complete with a one-way mirror. The location of 4M, directly above the airport train station makes us easily accessible for colleagues travelling by train or Metro-link.keywords:N/A
