Lloyd Engineering, Inc. (LEI), a Texas-based corporation, provides engineering and consulting services to private and public industries. These services include proposed site investigation and evaluations, conceptual plans, feasibility studies, opinion of construction cost estimates, preliminary designs and final designs for construction. As a final service we provide project management to ensure timely and professional completion of our design recommendations. These services are provided primarily along the U.S. Gulf Coast, the Caribbean and Latin America as well as other areas of the world. Lloyd Engineering, Inc. specializes in port and harbor development. These ports transfer the full range of products shipped by water. They include crude oil and petrochemicals, solid fuels, bulk materials, agricultural and industrial products. LEI was incorporated in 1981 with Joseph S. Lloyd as the major stockholder. Mr. Lloyd is the current President of the Corporation. His broad experience in the design and construction of various port and harbor facilities allows Lloyd’s clients a single point of contact for their entire port projects. The staff of LEI is comprised of highly seasoned and experienced personnel. The majority of the staff have experience levels that exceed 20 years in their fields of specialty.
