Linc specialises in the affordable housing, social care and health sectors in Wales. We are a socially responsible business and all profits are reinvested for the benefit of our tenants and residents rather than being distributed to shareholders.\r\n\r\nLinc Care, our health and social care service provides extensive housing, care and support for older and vulnerable people. Our supported housing, sheltered housing and extra care housing schemes provide high quality homes with care and support services geared towards enabling older people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Our purpose built nursing homes provide high quality nursing and residential care for people who have exhausted their ability to live independently. Our dedicated nursing and care staff have the skills to deliver person-centered care to residents with complex needs including services for people with dementia and respite care. Our nursing care services promote the wellbeing, dignity and choice of our residents and our activities are regulated by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).\r\n\r\nLinc Homes, our housing service provides high quality social and affordable homes for people to rent and to buy. Our intermediate and market rent schemes provide homes to people who are unable to buy due to the current economic climate or who want to rent but do not qualify for social housing. \r\n\r\nEstablished in 1977, Linc is an Industrial and Provident Society and a Registered Social Landlord regulated by the Welsh Government.
