Leadership and Democracy Lab is an independent student-run think tank that conducts case study research on political issues for business clients and publishes research for the general public. The Lab specializes in pro bono consulting services in political risk assessment, government relations, political research, and business analysis. The Lab's Executive Team comprises of 3 managing director Western University faculty members, 3 student directors, and an advisory board. The Lab onboards and trains top students across academic disciplines for team leader, senior analyst, and analyst positions on a yearly basis. The Lab dedicates a team of student analysts to our client firms who request research initiation categorized by specific industry and region. The Lab publicly shares its ongoing research on our website and publishes the final reports in March. These reports are intended to give corporations, academics, and individuals valuable insights into how politics impacts decisions as a nexus between businesses, public sectors, and non-profits.
