The continued development of agriculture, combined with the growing demand for modern technology due to change in cropping patterns, soil texture, climate and shortage of labour has provided LEMKEN India Agro Equipment Pvt. Ltd the perfect opportunity to introduce its implements based on German technology to farmers and contractors in the country. Keeping into mind the need of the Indian farmers who are actually now looking for the complete agriculture solution i.e. matching implements through which they can drive the operational benefits, we set up the state of art manufacturing unit in Buttibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra with an investment of nearly 12 million Euros till date. Nagpur plant started its commercial production from January 2013 onwards. The company which produces world class innovative agricultural implements, after the success of its first product Opal 090- Hydraulic Reversible Plough, had strengthened its presence in India with launch of two new products Power Harrow - Perlite 5 for ideal seed bed preparation and Tine Cultivator - Achat 70 for stubble cultivation during Agrotech Chandigarh in November 2014.
