KEB was established in 1931 as an accounting firm with offices based in Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri. As our client base grew, additional services were added and additional office locations were established. KEB now has six offices located throughout the Midwest. As we have continued to grow over the past 75 years, we remain focused on providing personalized but professional services to all of our clients , whether large or small. We believe that all of our clients deserve the treatment afforded to the small and medium-sized closely-held businesses that have been the backbone of our firm. KEB's growth has also enabled us to expand well beyond traditional audit, accounting and tax preparation services to include management and financial consulting, investigative accounting, business valuation, information technology support, financial planning and wealth management. In addition, KEB has established a strategic alliance with KEB Asset Management to provide asset management services. Our affiliation with INPACT Americas - an organization consisting of our peers in the accounting profession -- also offers us access to additional resources for unique needs or issues requiring a high degree of specialization. KEB operates under the direction of 17 Partner and Principal owners, and employs a staff of over 130 professionals.
