Established in 2004, Just Childcare Ltd is a family of day nurseries with settings in the North West, Yorkshire and Bristol. We are proud to provide Ofsted rated Outstanding' and 'Good' settings offering friendly, reliable and quality service to parents and a fun, safe, caring and educational experience for our children. Just Childcare was established by David and Jacqueline Johnson, who have seen the family of day nurseries grow from 7 settings to 38 in the last three years. Those three years have also seen the development of Just Childcare's Central Support Function in Denton, led by an experienced Management Team with professionals specialising in areas from Operations, Safeguarding and Quality Support to HR and Finance. The teams are dedicated to making sure Just Childcare's childcare practitioners have everything they need to provide a high-quality service to local families. With combined over 65 years experience within the childcare and education sector, founders David and Jacqueline Johnson aim to expand the business utilizing substantial finance raised with Phoenix Equity Partners. Both David and Jacqueline have considerable experience of working successfully within equity financed businesses in education and care. In striving towards our aim to be one of the UK's leading childcare providers, we aim to recruit and retain individuals who will naturally contribute to our family values and have a true passion for childcare.
