What Is Derventio Housing Trust?
Derventio Housing Trust provides accommodation and support to people who are homeless or in housing need. We specialise in helping people access the private rented sector in shared and single occupancy housing. We also manage Derby's emergency accommodation. Our support is at a range of levels including: intensive personalised support to people with chaotic lifestyles and multiple complex needs and care leavers; medium-level, and low-level support. We deliver a range of opportunities through our learning programme, including arts, sport, and life skills. We offer accredited and unaccredited courses and volunteering opportunities.
