Our origins began in 1959 as a small, family owned CPA firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses with all their tax and accounting needs. Journey Advisory Group was launched in 2013 (under its prior name Dynasty Advisor Group) and formally became a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). As an RIA, we specialize in investment management and investment planning, estate planning, college planning, insurance planning, and retirement planning. In the investment advisory industry, clients are often forced to choose between smaller, independent firms and large organizations. Smaller, independent firms offer customized services but often lack the expertise and depth of larger organizations. The large organizations generally have deeper expertise but are unwilling or unable to effectively create long-lasting, personalized experiences for clients. Journey was founded to offer the best of both worlds: highly personalized services inherent to a small, independent, family-owned firm, combined with the know-how of large organizations derived from staff members of varying backgrounds and many years of experience in the industry. As a parent company Journey Advisory Group is able to combine the personal experience of a small firm with the expertise and organization of a large company by acquiring local Advisors that are dedicated to the financial success of their clients and communities. With offices in California, Texas and Kentucky; Journey is able to offer its services to clients at a much larger capacity.
