J&M Keystone, Inc. is a full service restoration company with California B-1 and C-15 licenses. We are equipped and organized to handle all types of property damage, including floods, roof leaks, fire, smoke, mold and mildew, and vandalism. Although the majority of our construction and flood restoration business involves insurance claims, we also do noninsurance related work for apartment owners, management companies, businesses, and homeowners. J&M Keystone, Inc. was established in 1991 and has three principle owners with over 50 years of combined experience in construction, floor covering, carpet cleaning and water restoration. We have 21 vans and trucks, 120 employees, and equipment to handle even the largest jobs, including our state of the art "Sludge Boss ®" (However, smaller jobs receive the same expert attention and competitive pricing that larger jobs do!). Our staff includes trained flood technicians and skilled carpenters who can be dispatched by radio 24 hours a day. Immediate response to any type of emergency can aide in controlling damage and minimize repair costs. Construction estimates are tailored to each situation and every item is detailed simply and clearly. We want our clients to understand our proposal before any work is begin. We also use the most up-to-date and widely used computer software in the insurance industry (Xactimate), so that adjusters can evaluate and adjust your claim easier and faster.
