What Is International Cruise and Excursions?

ICE was founded 21 years ago by John and Marcia Rowley, two entrepreneurs with a passion for travel. The original concept was an unprecedented barter program allowing the exchange of land-locked vacation weeks in vacation ownership resorts for cruise vacations. Leveraging its success with cruise, ICE expanded its offering to include key resort properties across the US, Mexico and Europe. In addition, the Company developed a unique ‘alternative currency’ platform, allowing consumers to pay for travel with a combination of cash and reward points. This platform enabled ICE to develop relationships with blue-chip corporations around the world to provide value-added travel benefits and loyalty solutions for these partners and their customers.
