Innospection's splash zone and subsea inspection technologies are used worldwide as key tools for lifetime extension and fitness-for-service assessments. Electromagnetic inspection technologies such as Eddy Current, Magnetic Eddy Current (MEC) and Saturation Low Frequency Eddy Current (SLOFEC) are used in combination with Pulse Eddy Current (PEC) and Ultrasonic to provide reliable data for comprehensive assessments. A large in-house R&D supports the advanced inspection tools and technology development to solve Operators niche inspection challenges. Typical topside advanced inspection technologies are applied for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pipelines and storage tanks. In the splash zone and subsea area, Innospection supports the integrity assessment of flexible and rigid risers, caissons, conductors, subsea structures and pipelines, non-piggable pipelines, ship hulls, mooring lines and manifolds through the MEC-Combi inspection tools developed to provide comprehensive inspection data within a single deployment by ROV, diver or rope access personnel. An advanced cleaning system can be also integrated for a simultaneous cleaning and inspection operation.
