Unmatched flexibility and customized monitoring solutions are our hallmark offerings, and our 200 employees proudly serve the changing demands of more than 1,600 clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thousands of our users receive daily ad alerts showing them competitor activity displayed with a level of detail that optimizes its relevance to each user. In addition to our all-digital archive and delivery services, we provide a full range of creative materials, including highest quality digital and hard copy photoboards, commercials on tape, digital video and hard copy/digital tearsheets. Digital services are delivered via Internet and CD ROM. Most creative materials are available with insertion or airing schedules showing detailed media usage by execution. Subscribers can also receive reports summarizing competitive advertising spending by advertiser, category, product or brand, creative execution and media type. Reports are available on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Monthly reports are available within 4 weeks of the close of a month, although custom reports and creative materials may be requested at any time. Ad hoc requests are usually completed within 24 hours.
