In-Tec Cleaning Services began with two people who wanted to start a business that did the right thing, the right way, the first time. Before In-Tec, the couple who started the company, Anne and Paul, were concerned about the mismatch between the standard expected of cleaners and the actual level of service cleaning companies hired were delivering. In-Tec’s founders saw that when it came to supermarket cleaning – which was where In-Tec started – the quality of the cleaning service was being dictated by the cleaning company that held the supermarket contract, not by what the client expected and deserved. To meet the client’s expectations at every level of business, from the daily service delivery all the way through to how client interactions were dealt with, In-Tec Cleaning Services was founded. In-Tec has grown throughout the last 21 years into the robust commercial cleaning company it is today with the help of the three founding principles it began with: honesty, quality and service.
