What Is Imagine Estate Agents?

We're independently owned, and an award-winning estate and lettings agency. Our modern approach to the housing market with good old-fashioned principles of personal service has earned us recognition in the Estate Agency of the Year awards over the years. With 4 branches, we’re able to cover a significant area of SW Herts and offer a multi-branch service for our vendors/ landlords for the same fees. Add to this our Property Management team, our Land & New Homes division and our conveyancing service, and we are a one-stop property shop.\n \nAs supporters of numerous local charities, such as New Hope Trust, Peace Hospice Care, DEMAND and The OLLIE Foundation, we’ve raised thousands over the last few years through various fundraising activities, and are keen to be involved with local community projects. \n\n\nThe history \nIn 2006, Mike Cole opened Imagine’s first branch in Watford. The move to premises on Watford's ring road allowed Imagine to develop the Property Management side of the business, grow their Affordable Homes division (Imagine Living), add a legal service (Imagine Conveyancing), launch their Private Clients service, and take their Land & New Homes division to the next level. \n\nWithin 3 years, Imagine opened their next branch. This time, in Bushey.
