What Is Ideal Option Addiction Medicine Program?
Our Mission at Ideal Option is to empower individuals to live healthy lives through personalized medicine and education. This mission was inspired by the vision of an Emergency Medicine Physician whom was regularly exposed to the substance abuse epidemic. In 2012 Jeffrey Allgaier M.D., President and CEO, juxtaposed this epidemic with the absence of care and identified the need to create an evidence based outpatient program. Ideal Option has quickly grown into the Northwest's premier addiction treatment program offering services in five locations spread across two states. In order to adequately serve this patient base, Ideal Option recognizes the need to develop healthy relationships with all stakeholders involved. As such, Ideal Option is in-network with all major commercial insurance companies, Medicaid and Medicare. Ideal Option also owns and operates a CAP accredited laboratory. The CAP accredited laboratory affords Ideal Option the opportunity to exert increased oversight over its patient population. This oversight allows for Ideal Option to combat diversion as well as maintain patient safety. The executive team for Ideal Option believes the best way to further the organization's mission is through the organization's employees. As such, Ideal Option has aggressively recruited the most talented individuals to fill the varying roles within the organization. The executive team has been able to retain these talented individuals by promoting from within as well as harboring a culture of happiness. Ideal Option remains committed to reinvesting into its mission by expanding the services offered as well reaching more individuals in need.
