What Is Houston County Board of Education?
Twenty Perry High School students successfully passed end of pathway assessments within their individual Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) curriculum area. These assessments measure the level of technical skill attained. Students complete three courses per pathway and then take a written and/or hands-on test to prove their skillset in particular areas. Many of these are the same career tests adults take to prove their abilities and knowledge. The certifications give students a competitive edge.
