More than thirty years ago we opened our doors with one goal in mind—save lives by providing safe refuge for those affected by domestic violence. Since then, our approach has grown more comprehensive with services encompassing prevention, education and support for thousands of people traumatized by domestic violence every year.\n\nWe have two secure locations in Independence and Lee’s Summit, making Hope House the second largest domestic violence agency in Missouri.
