Hope Healthr produces content for workplaces, health plans and other organizations for distribution to their employees, patients, and clients. We have three levels of use:1. Ready-to-Use: Content addressing common health and benefit concerns of the general population is produced in brochures, newsletters, posters, calendars, eNewsletters, online formats and others. This content is original and often sources the primary scientific or health authority where the information was obtained. Fair Use: We acknowledge the fair use doctrine which allows for using brief excerpts (one or two sentences) for educational, research, or academic work. Attribution should take the form of referring to Hope Health in the article or as a source at the end of the article, or as a footnote. When using a footnote if the content in Hope Health content is excerpted from another public domain source (i.e. The Centers for Disease Control or the National Institutes of Health - NIH) then attribution should state, as reported in Hope Health, source; then name the source here. Reprint/Reproduction Permission: If you're interested in reprinting an article or content from any of our formats, please request permission by emailing us at info@HopeHealth.com. A form will be sent to you for that purpose. Reprints are limited at the full discretion of Hope Health. 2. Custom Media: Content produced by Hope Health or by Hope Health's clients to meet the specific communication needs of a targeted population (i.e., employees & dependents). Hope Health does not conduct medical review on content provided by clients, nor do we verify the accuracy of articles or content submitted to us by clients for inclusion into their custom media. These publications often include copyrighted content from Hope Health and the client organization. 3. Online Educational Content: This content resides on the Hope Health Website for the benefit of managers in charge of health and benefit communication programs. The content is in the form of online articles, blogs and podcast. This work will include a notice that indicates "all rights reserved." You are free to use this content as long as the work is attributed to Hope Health and linked back to HopeHealth.com when posted online.
