What Is Homeward Trust Edmonton?

Homeward Trust Edmonton is a not for profit organization that uses a community-based approach toward the goal of ending homelessness in Edmonton. Our primary role is to coordinate response to housing needs by working together with local agencies and all orders of government.\r\n\r\nA comprehensive organization, Homeward Trust:\r\n\r\n- Increases access to housing; \r\n- Coordinates the provision of support services;\r\n- Undertakes community planning and research; \r\n- Raises awareness in the community through events and initiatives that promote ending homelessness in Edmonton. \r\n\r\nWe have helped more than 10,000 previously homeless Edmontonians find a place to call home, and funded the creation of 1700 new housing units.
